Tiger Point Golf Club

Scope: Naturalization & Turf Reduction Program / Bunker Renovation

In late 2020, a group of investors purchased historic Tiger Point Golf Club from the City of Gulf Breeze with the goal of returning the course to its glory days as one of the top destination courses in the Florida Panhandle.  The new semi-private model will offer memberships as well as opportunities for public play.  They hired Watermark Golf/Nathan Crace Design to start a naturalization and turf reduction program in April of 2021 to give the course the coastal feel they want and to begin a course-wide bunker renovation program.
